In this monthly offering, Chef Jimmy Bardsley lets loose and takes you on a plant-forward culinary journey with a specially curated 3-course menu of items made with limited ingredients and overflowing with flavor. The feast will have you rethinking your misconceptions about vegan cuisine as the South Carolina chef does the impossible by making healthy food that leaves your stomach and taste palates satisfied without losing that "clean" feeling. After drinking a cocktail or mocktail from our extensive bar list, the night is rounded out by a DJ playing sexy and dinner appropriate grooves that accentuate the old-school NYC cultural ambiance to make this the perfect date night. ABOUT THE CHEF

Chef Jimmy (Jimmbo), originally from Charleston, SC, is a vegan chef with a passion creating for strong and memorable dining experiences.

He started his food and beverage career working in the front of house as a host, server, then bartender. The shift from front of house to the back came when collaborating with the Chefs at the Charleston restaurant, R Kitchen. In exchange for his knowledge of vegan cooking the chefs began mentoring Jimmy with culinary techniques. He has used these techniques to develop plant-based menus and apply them to vegan cuisine. He works to create clean food from fresh ingredients and showcase how produce can be enjoyable without the use of animal products.

Not only does Jimmy specialize in building a memorable plate, he is also fond of pairing his meals with aspects of performances to tantalize multiple senses!
